Today in Human Geography class we took the first 20 minutes of class watching a ted talk video and look at the population pyramid and learning what it mans and how it functions. After we did that we all got our tests back and went over the answers. I did very well on this test because I got a 99/100!!! I studied a lot for this test and I am very happy with my results. I am super glad that i studies as soon as I found out about the test because it helped me get a good grade on it.
Today in Human Geography we took a test. I feel like I did very well on this test because I studied a lot for it. The only part I felt was hard was the do the math section. Some questions that were in that part I did not expect would be on there. Overall I feel like I did a very good job on the test because it didn't feel that hard. I also got finished the first section very early which is good because I didn't run out of any time when I was doing it. I also got time to do this blog in class because I finished my test pretty early. I went over my answers a bunch of times to make sure that I had everything that I thought was the right answer and hopefully it will be. I hope I did well on this test so that it can bring my grade up because this is my lowest grade and I need to get it up fast before the quarter ends.
Today in Human Geography we went over the entire power point. We talked about example questions that would possibly be on the test tomorrow. I know that I will do good in this test because I studied every day since I have known about the test. We have to be very familiar with the CIA sight. I feel like I am very familiar with this sight because the assignment we did in class did not take me very long. We looked at many examples of push and pull factors in many different countries. We will have 20 minutes to complete the CIA portion of the test which I feel like is a very reasonable and fair amount of time to get the twelve questions done. I am going to be studying a lot more tonight so that hopefully I do really well on the Population and Settlement test.
Today in Human Geography we went over the questions we answered the class before. Mr Schick would read the question and call on someone to answer it. After we would say the answer we would tall about why that was the correct one. This class really helped me to prepare for the test because I felt active in the class. I like my seat better now that I am in the front because I feel that I am way for focused now then I was in my old seat. The test is on Friday and I feel that I will do very well on this test.

On fridays human geo class we finished up the power pint of population and settlement. We talked about net migration rate which is the difference between the number of persons entering and leaving a country during a year. We also got to go onto the sight cia. This sight is very cool and fasinating because it shows how the population is growing in some countrys and decreasing in others. We also discussed that we have a test on friday that hopefully I will get a good grade on because I took really good notes that I can study from.
On Thursdays Human geo class we continued the power point on population and settlement. I learned how the population is growing per thousand. We also talked about cruse birth rates and crude death rates. We also learned that people either migrate because of push factors and pull factors. We learned about total fertillity rate and for the population to remain the same the TFR has to be 2.1. We were also told that a test was coming soon.
Today in Human Geography we got our test back and went over them. I thought that this test went better for me but I guess not. I studied a lot but I feel like there were a lot of questions on the test that we did not go over in class. Out class  average was a 75 percent. My grade in this class is no where where I want it to be and I am a little upset about it. I hope that I can improve my grade before the quarter ends. Something that blew my mind this class was how everyone that took this test got the same question wrong!! Hopefully my next test will be really good and my grade will improve.
Today in Human Geo class we started off the class by opening our computers and looking at the population PowerPoint and taking notes on the first couple of slides while a third of our class was taking the test. I find this unit very fun and interesting to learn about because I think that it is very fascinating to know how many people exist on our planet with us. We talked about what China does when you have more then one baby which absolutely blew my mind. We wrapped up the class by talking about baby boomers and how they boosted our population significantly.
Today in Human Geography we took a test. I think I did really well on the test because I studied and took really good notes. On this test we were allowed to use all of our notes that we made on our blogs which I was really happy about because for some of them I had the answers right in front of me to look at which helped a lot because I know i got them right. This test was much easier then the Garcia test because this test was all multiple choice and there were no essays and no fill in the blank questions. At the end of class today we had time to start and finish our blogs.
Today in Human Geo class we took a pop quiz!! I felt like I was going to fail the quiz but I think I did pretty well. We only had 10 seconds to answer which was very stressful. But it was also very fun because it was fun to watch every one freak out over getting the answers right or wrong. On Monday we have a test that I will be studying for over the weekend so that I am very prepared.
