Egypt

Today in Western Civilization we talked a lot about mummification and we even watched a video on how it was done. It was very cool to see what the process looks like. We finished the PowerPoint today on Egypt and we have a 75 point quiz on Friday. I don't like how the quizzes are that many points because then it just feels like a test to me. We also talked about how the Nile river is 4,100 miles long making it the worlds longest river. It also flows from south to north. We also learned that Cataracts are rapids in the Nile River. And one last thing is that stone sculptures and interior paintings depicted humans and gods in Egypt. This is everything we did in Western Civilization class today.
